Tournament Rules

This is a double elimination style tournament. There will be two separate divisions (A,B) with A being for the more competitive teams. There will be a $400.00 entry fee per team and you must state which division you would like to compete in. Upon entry, each team must sign a rule sheet, which will layout the basic rules of the tournament. You may sign it the night of the bracket bash or before your first game. To reserve your teams spot in tournament I must have full $400 payment.

NOTE: You must be 14 or over to participate in the B Division and 16 and over in the A Division.

  1. There must be at least 1 male or 1 female on the field and in the lineup at all times, failure to do so will result in a forfeit.
  2. There will be an A bracket and a B bracket with the A bracket being the more competitive.
  3. All male player must use the tournament supplied bats, failure to do so will result in automatic out and base runners returning to their previous bases.
  4. All female players may use their own bats.
  5. All players must be 14 or older to participate in the B bracket and 16 or older to participate in the A bracket.
  6. There is no mercy rule.
  7. All games carry a 1 hour and 15 minute time limit. If game is in the middle of an inning you will be allowed to finish that inning.
  8. All umpire calls are final, any harassment will result in player ejection and team playing man down with ejected player taking automatic out when it becomes his turn in the lineup (if it is an DH, team will play with 9 fielders with 1 of fielders becoming DH).
  1. All pitches must be a minimum or 6ft in height and maximum of 12ft in height. Any pitch not in this range will be an illegal pitch and automatic ball. If batter choses to swing then the ball is live.
  2. You’re allowed a maximum of 3 pinch runners per game and pinch runner must be the last batted out.
  3. Any team/player that fails to show proper sportsmanship, respect, and understanding to the true reason why we are all here, will be asked to immediately leave the grounds and will not be allowed back.
  4. There is a 20 person max roster limit.
  5. All players must play in 2 games to be eligible to play in championship game.
  6. Each batter will start with a 1-1 count (1 ball – 1 strike). A foul ball with two strikes counts as an out.
